MANITHAM & Kovai Amnesty International India jointly conducted a symposium on POTA - Insecurity? at CODISSIA Hall, Coimbatore on 11-10-2003. The Symposium started at around 4.00 pm and ended at 9.00 pm. Till to the end of the meet, the hall was filled up by human heads and on the next day, English Daily - Indian Express and Tamil Dailies - Dinamani and Dina Thanthi covered and published the entire news alongwith photos in its all editions in Tamil Nadu and another Tamil Daily - Dinakaran, in its Coimbatore Edition, published the photo image of the meet, which implies the symposium was great successful. Viewers from all walks of life and participants includes higher position personalities and Great scholars took part.
