Today morning around 30 Tamil Nadu Police party
entered into People's Watch - Tamil Nadu, a Human Rights Organisation at Madurai,
headed by Mr. Henri Tipan. The police says on suspecting that accused persons
seeking safeguarding in the office. Police has not shown the search warrant or
other related documents for the action. Also instead they have taken video of
the entire documents and the people working with this Human Rights Organization.
This action should be condemnable. MANITHAM insisting that the duty now for the
State, Judiciary and Human Rights Commission should intervene & condemn such
