I am
pretty sure and convinced that the Sri Lankan government prevented Mr.Kofi
Annan from visiting the North. I blame the government for that, at the same
time Mr.Annan is the head of the UN and he should have insisted that he was
allowed unfettered access to these areas. It must be remembered that the UN
is above all the individual countries, their interest should transcend all
the obstacles. |

India also has prevented Mr. Kofi Annan\'s visit to
the tsunami affected areas in the state of Tamil Nadu. It is ridiculous
that the Secretary General of the UN has been intentionally prevented by both India and Sri Lanka from touring the affected areas in the Tamil
populated parts of these countries. This needs to be condemned. |

agree with the UN that Mr.Annan was a guest of Sri Lanka government. Then
Mr. Annan I will ask you what about when you visit to Sudan to see areas
around Dafur. If Sudanes government say that you cant visit the area then
what will you do. Will you return to USA because Sudan government refuse you
to visit that area. |
